The Double Room with Two Double Beds was just okay. It was clean but had a strong smell of nicotine despite being non-smoking. The bed was comfy enough, but the bathroom sink was clogged, which was gross. Otherwise, it felt pretty aged and didn't have that fresh vibe. The lack of breakfast options wasn’t great either, and the seating was limited. The staff were nice, but there were definitely some issues that stood out.

The room could have used a deeper cleaning. I found some hair in the bathroom and dust on the counters. Customer service was mostly friendly, but some staff seemed overwhelmed during peak times and struggled to keep up with requests. I’d recommend the place for a quick stay, but perhaps not for extended vacations due to the cleanliness issues. The outdoor access is great for those traveling with pets, allowing easy in-and-out access.

I was very pleased with my stay, especially enjoying the amazing pool and hot tub area, and the breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with delicious waffles and eggs. as a solo traveler, having so many restaurants and parks within a short walk was perfect for me, as kapok park and the ream wilson trail are just a quick stroll away, but I did notice the mini fridge in my room was a bit wobbly.

We recently stayed here for 2 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds and really enjoyed the comfortable beds and easy check-in process. The outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic spot to relax, and the sun terrace provided a nice place to soak up some rays. Only downside was the breakfast hours could be a bit earlier for those who rise early, but overall we had a great time! ☀️
